Intro to Yoga

“Intro to Yoga” Level 1

  • Learn the basics of a traditional yoga practice in a safe, small-class environment.
  • Discover the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice.
  • Strengthen your body and mind.

Intro to yoga is a 5 evening workshop specifically for students with little or no yoga experience.
This small-class setting is an ideal way to learn the fundamentals of a safe, healthy yoga practice.
The Lila Yoga teachers will introduce basic concepts of a complete yoga practice, including:

  • Asana (Postures)
  • Pranayama (Breath work)
  • Philosophy
  • Meditation

Schedule:

Class starts Sunday, July 27th, 2014.
Class meets on 5 consecutive Sunday nights @6:45-8pm.

Cost:

Your tuition is for the 5 “intro classes” in this series.
If you miss a class, you may make it up in any regularly scheduled class at the studio.

What you need:

We have yoga mats.
Just bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing.

“Intro to Yoga” Level 2

This 5-week class series is perfect for individuals who completed ‘Intro to Yoga’ Level 1 and would like to continue learning the fundamentals of yoga!

  • Go beyond the basics and learn new postures in a safe, small-class environment.
  • Improve your balance, alignment, and flexibility

Schedule:

Class starts Monday, July 21th, 2014.
Class meets on 5 consecutive Monday nights @7:30-8:45pm.

Cost:

Your tuition is for the 5 “intro classes” in this series.
If you miss a class, you may make it up in any regularly scheduled class at the studio.

What you need:

We have yoga mats.
Just bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing.
