Learn the basics of a traditional yoga practice in a safe, small-class environment.
Discover the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice.
Strengthen your body and mind.

What is “Intro to Yoga”?

Intro to yoga is a 5 evening workshop specifically for students with little or no yoga experience.
This small-class setting is an ideal way to learn the fundamentals of a safe, healthy yoga practice.
The Lila Yoga teachers will introduce basic concepts of a complete yoga practice, including:

  • Asana (Postures)
  • Pranayama (Breath work)
  • Philosophy
  • Meditation

 

Schedule:

Class meets on 5 consecutive Monday nights @7:30pm.

Cost: $60

Your tuition is for the 5 “intro classes” in this series.
If you miss a class, you may make it up in any regularly scheduled class at the studio.

What you need:

We have yoga mats.
Just bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing.
