“Intro to Yoga” Level 1
- Learn the basics of a traditional yoga practice in a safe, small-class environment.
- Discover the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice.
- Strengthen your body and mind.
Intro to yoga is a 5 evening workshop specifically for students with little or no yoga experience.
This small-class setting is an ideal way to learn the fundamentals of a safe, healthy yoga practice.
The Lila Yoga teachers will introduce basic concepts of a complete yoga practice, including:
- Asana (Postures)
- Pranayama (Breath work)
Class starts Sunday, May 17th, 2015.
Class meets on 5 Sunday nights @6:45-8pm (May 17, May 24, May 31, June 7, June 14)
Your tuition is for the 5 “intro classes” in this series.
If you miss a class, you may make it up in any regularly scheduled class at the studio.
What you need:
We have yoga mats.
Just bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing.
