A transformational event integrating mindfulness modalities that will help you align with the natural rhythm of life, break limiting beliefs, and strengthen our community. The event is characterized by two different parts (1) a facilitated drum circle and (2) a motion workshop, followed by a sound healing session. Tickets can be purchased for the entire event, or per workshop: FULL EVENT 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM: $45 Student, $55 Non-Student Facilitated Drum Circle 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM: $17 Student, $22 Non-Student Movement and Sound Healing 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: $33 Student, $44 Non-Student Guides and Performers: (1) Aaron “Bear” Berger Aaron “Bear” Berger is a passionate musician and powerful motivator who inspires others to reach their highest vibration. Practiced in sound healing, musical performance, Yoga, meditation, Usui Reiki, social freedom exercises, group facilitation, and motivational techniques, Aaron integrates a myriad of healing modalities and transformative techniques, combined with an intuitive nature, to connect, inspire, and activate.” (2) Matt Price “Matt is a fun and energetic educator that strives to inspire growth and creativity in all of his students. His unique approach to drumming offers students the ability to speak the language of rhythm and create their own voice on the drums. In 2017 Matt entered into the wonderful world of drum circle facilitation after completing a training course with Jim Donovan and becoming extremely inspired to venture down this path. Matt has since facilitated over more than 100 drum circles with various studios and organizations. Drum circles focus on empowering & inspiring individuals to express themselves authentically through group music making, social interaction and mindfulness.” (3) Tucker Landis “Tucker graduated from Penn State University with an interdisciplinary degree in the Neuroscience of Music. His attention to psychology, philosophy, anthropology, and biology guide his ability to serve others. He designed and completed a thesis called What Music Is which focuses on the effect of musical healing for those with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. While working towards his degree Tucker performed more than 300 professionally produced musical performances. His guitar experience spans multiple genres from Funk, Pop, Rock, Hip-Hop, Coffee Shop, and Jazz. Tucker is a natural performer and strives to bring healing through music to the masses. “
