There are numerous physical benefits of yoga that can support a healthy pregnancy as well as breath and body awareness to help find strength and courage during childbirth. Stacy, a mother, will help guide you to find an appropriate prenatal yoga practice that nurtures you as your pregnancy unfolds, offering modifications and props as appropriate.
