This 6 week course covers ALL NEW asanas! - if you were with us for the first 6 week course this will cover completely different asanas. If you're brand new to yoga this will get you prepared and ready for our weekly Level 1 classes.
Last night we had an amazing practice. It is both wonderful and without surprise that when we gather to practice Lila Yoga, we strengthen not only our individual self but a collective strength that supports and nourishes a pure so golden that it marvels each of us and rocks us into a deeper knowing. We are in awe and our breath is not taken away. Wow, I do love yogic journeys.
