Chanting, meditation, pranayama/breath control, inquiry, talks (ranging from the Bhagavad Gita to the Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience), and open discussions to support personal practices leading to fewer and less intense thoughts, enhanced awareness, lower stress and perhaps, awakening.
Meditation is a holistic approach to taming the body and mind into a non-distracting, non-conflicted, quiet-calm state of being, which in turn opens us up to experience peace. Classes Start Jan 16th - 10am. If you need to miss a session, you can make it up in any of the yoga classes we offer at the Studio.
