The Restorative Yoga class is taught by Hannah Inglesby, who is also a landscaper/gardener. Drawing on both her yoga training and her outdoor work experience, Hannah designs this Sunday class for recovery from the week’s activity and preparation of the body-mind for the week to come.
The class focuses on slow stretching, modifications of traditional asanas, and use of blocks, blankets, and the wall. Wise strength and proper alignment are emphasized.
Appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.
