Life is constantly transitioning. Pregnancy is by far one of the most remarkable transitions for your body, mind and spirit and Prenatal Lila Yoga is a way to bring greater awareness, clarity and joy as you embark on parenthood. There are numerous physical benefits of yoga that can support a healthy pregnancy as well as breath and body awareness to help find strength and courage during childbirth.
This class will help you to:
- Relax and reduce stress
- Prepare physically and mentally for labor
- Connect to your spiritual self
Stacy Hall (RYT-200), a mother, will help guide you to find an appropriate prenatal yoga practice that nurtures you as your pregnancy unfolds, offering modifications and props as appropriate. Please check with your health care provider before beginning a prenatal yoga practice.
This is a monthly 4-week class series. The next series begins November 12, 2015!
