Yoga has this profound impact of teaching us how to live. Many of us spend our lives just getting by, or trying to get through the day, to where we barely have shown up. In other words, we are functional, but we are not present. Empowerment Yoga is a physical, joyful practice that teaches us to be self-reliant, to be present and focus, to challenge ourselves, to accept and celebrate our true selves, and to be vulnerable and self-forgiving.
