Lîla Yoga is philosophy in motion—a vinyasa-based practice weaving together the power of a peaceful mind, a balanced body, and the spirit of truth.

Lîla Yoga Teacher Training (LYTT) is designed for those who wish to teach yoga or simply want to take their yoga practice to the next level.

The program includes instruction in asana, meditation, philosophy, pranayama/energy, partner-work, and touch. LYTT is registered with Yoga Alliance (YA) and qualifies graduates for the 200-hour or 500-hour YA registry.

LYTT in PA is offered in monthly Lîla Yoga Weekend Intensives. Some of these Intensives are open to athe public – Dec 2nd – 4th Yoga Anatomy with Dr Ray will be open to the public.To graduate from the LYTT you must successfully complete all the workshops and receive Teacher Certification. Cost: $2000 for LYTT200; $2000 for LYTT500 plus the India component; one Weekend Intensive $300.
