Join us April 13 for a special Spring Healing workshop with visiting teacher and State College native Jen Brown. This workshop includes a series of powerful Kundalini meditations that shed layers of the subconscious and create a clearing within the psyche. We’ll use this opening to intentionally sow seeds for the Spring and the rest of the year. To close, Jen will guide us into the heart center through a Shamanic Sound Bath with an Atlantis Chau gong, her drum, various singing bowls, bells, shells, and song!
