Then join Lila Yoga studio for the Intro to Yoga Workshop! Intro to yoga is a 4 evening workshop specifically for students with little or no yoga experience.
This small-class setting is an ideal way to learn the fundamentals of a safe, healthy yoga practice.
Carol Williams, a Lila Yoga teacher, will introduce basic concepts of a complete yoga practice, including:
- Asana (Postures)
- Pranayama (Breath work)
Class starts Sunday, April 8th, 2018.
Class meets on 4 consecutive Sunday nights @ 7:00-8:15pm

What you need:
We have yoga mats.
Just bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing!
