Penn State Finals Week can be a stress and anxiety inducing time for faculty, staff, and students. In response, the teachers at Lila Yoga have volunteered to support the health of our local Penn State community by offering free yoga, meditation, relaxation, and mindfulness classes during the Fall 2017 finals week (Dec 11-15).

Beginners are welcome and we have yoga mats!
WHEN: Monday Dec 11th to Friday Dec 15th
LOCATION: Lila Yoga Studio
WHAT TO BRING: A bottle of water and your good energy! Our Studio is equipped with yoga mats and other props for a small cash donation of 1$-2$ per usage. Should you be needing one, kindly inform us upon check-in at the studio.
REQUIREMENTS: Any gender or age, Beginners welcome!
