It’s time for your “Summer Reset”!
What makes our workshop unique?
Our program uniquely combines the benefits of an invigorating Lila Yoga practice with highly nutritious and delicious green smoothies. Green smoothies are nutrient-dense, yummy drinks packed with fresh fruit, dark green vegetables, and superfoods (e.g. chia seeds). They are the perfect way to add minerals, vitamins, high-quality amino acids, antioxidants to your daily diet, as well as increase your energy levels.
After you enroll into this Boot Camp, you will gain access to 20 Yoga Classes (Monday – Thursday @ 8-9am, beginning June 26th)! In each 60-minute class, Brandi and Amy will guide you through a yoga practice to help you to sweat and detox, develop strength and flexibility, and gain mental clarity.
Brandi and Amy will also help you to set goals for the Boot Camp, track your progress, and stay accountable. You will receive weekly email and text messages (optional) to keep you motivated. You will also be paired with a yoga buddy. You can check in with your yoga body at every class, and encourage each other to stay on track!
Green Smoothies. As a part of the Boot Camp, you will receive a 20-Day Green Smoothie Menu Plan, developed by Brandi Rollins, owner of RAW. YOGA. LIFE. and author of the award-winning Raw Foods on a Budget. The daily menu plan comes complete with green smoothie recipes, nutrition facts, a shopping list, and all the instructions you need to whip up your daily green smoothie at home! Each smoothie is designed to be filling and nutritious, and replace your morning breakfast! AND, to help you stay on track, we have another option to offer you!!!!! You can sign up for our Green Smoothie Delivery Membership and have a freshly prepared 24oz green smoothie delivered to you at the end of each Boot Camp yoga class. Each morning, a green smoothie will be freshly prepared by Webster’s Café using locally-grown fruits and vegetables while you practice yoga! This is the best way to make sure you get your green smoothie fix! The Green Smoothie Delivery Membership costs only $100 (think $5 per nutritious, filling smoothie).
Join our Boot Camp community! Each class will take place in a small class setting with the same group of students, giving you an opportunity to connect with other students, the teachers, and the greater Lila Yoga community.
All levels are welcome!
What to bring:
We have yoga mats! Just bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and a journal.

Brandi Rollins, PhD, RYT-500
Brandi is a Certified Lila Yoga Instructor (RYT-500) and Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher, offering classes at Lila Yoga Studios. She studied under the guidance and teachings of Erica Kaufman, founder of Lila Yoga, and traveled to India where she studied at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandarim in Chennai, India in 2012.
Brandi is a Certified Lila Yoga Instructor (RYT-500), offering classes in the Lila Yoga™ style. Brandi has studied Lila Yoga for the past 7 years, under the guidance and teachings of Erica Kaufman, founder of Lila Yoga, and has instructed over 800 hours of yoga classes, reaching 1500+ students. Brandi has taught classes in Introduction to Yoga, Lila Sun Salutations, Levels I and II (Beginner to Intermediate), All Levels, and Power Hour Yoga. In addition, Brandi has designed popular classes and workshops, including Lila Yoga by Candlelight, Sun Salutations with Live Music, and her more recent workshop, Lila Yoga, Imagery, and Dynamic Alignment. Brandi has self-studied both the Alexander Technique and the Franklin Method, both of which have had profound impacts on Brandi’s personal yoga practice and physical alignment, and her yoga teachings.
Brandi is also the author of the award-winning book, Raw Foods on a Budget, a comprehensive guide to affording a plant-based diet, and received her Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State in 2013. Amy Silverman RYT-200
Amy is a Certified Lila Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and is expecting to receive her RYT-500 in Aug 2017. She has studied under the guidance and teachings of Erica Kaufman, founder of Lila Yoga for 2 years. Amy has traveled to India where she studied at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandarim in Chennai, India in 2016. Amy has taught and designed classes in Introduction to Yoga, Lila Sun Salutations, Levels I and II (Beginner to Intermediate), All Levels and Happy Hour. Amy is a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition. She has studied Reiki for 5 years under Amalia Shaltiel and Desiree Dennis.
